@josias after reading it I'm still going to say the same thing I've said for years. Don't handle PR yourself when its your "baby". People are going to complain, they are going to dislike things about it. I'm sorry but that's the way it is. Focus your energy on making your product better for those who use your product and address a couple things for those who find faults in your product. No need to blow up and call anyone with a different impression an asshole.
