Just discovered the neighbor's gardener apparently sprayed poison all along their side of the fence... everything is dead for ~25cm. On the other side of that fence, slightly downhill, is our mint, rosemary (which has been mysteriously tasting bitter 
I don't think i have any rights to stop them, either.
